add missed localization for org_execgroup and org_diagram-main captions

org_execgroup and org_diagram-main forms got locatization update:

  • instead of the static English caption the u18i code is used in .ubrow files (caption/description fields)
  • intendation is made consistent accross the modified files
  • cyrillic symbols in English text were replaced
