fix(adminui-vue): `UTableEntity` - renamed `onSelectRecord` to `onOpenRecord`...

fix(adminui-vue): UTableEntity - renamed onSelectRecord to onOpenRecord to match property name and its meaning. "select" word has its own meaning and with introduction of multi-selection mode, this name became too confusing
