Do not bother with creation of e-mail native object, if there are no e-mails.

Andrii Bezuglyi requested to merge fix/ubq_instantiate_mailer_only_if_have_emails into master

This would save a lot of extra work and a lot of log failures on environments with wrong e-mail configuration. No e-mails - no need to fail on creation of emailer.

Looks a harmless improvement to me, but who knows :) Please verify me.
