chores: Update xmldom@0.6.0 dependency to @xmldom/xmldom@0.8.10 - that is the new name of package, old one is deprecated and not maintained

TODO:

I cannot quite manage package-lock.json because of my local version of npm/node (engine requirement, possible difference in file formats)
