Draft: - render summary window outside content container

Andrii Bezuglyi requested to merge fix/pdf_layout_summary into master
  • position absolute, right: 0
    • limit height to prevent scrolling (100%-82px)
  • narrowed content container by 350px (300 + 242 padding + 12 border)
  • remove updateSummaryWindowTop function and entire conception of "fixing top"
